2018 Arizona Bioscience Company of the Year – Calimmune

The Arizona Bioscience Company of the Year is on a Mission to Cure the Uncurable Calimmune, Inc., acquired by global biotechnology leader CSL Limited in 2017 and now fully integrated within CSL, is the 2018 the Arizona Bioscience Company of the Year.  

When CSL Limited, the world’s 5th largest biotechnology company, acquired Arizona-based Calimmune in August 2017, the global biotechnology leader’s Chief Executive Officer, Paul Perreault, said, “Calimmune’s scientific accomplishments are impressive.”  Those accomplishments included accelerating the promise of gene therapy to liberate patients from chronic and currently incurable diseases.
